I know how you feel timmsa, Rich Reels is one of my casinos of choice. I have contacted live chat on more than one occasion and enquired as to why I never receive the free spins either. They have given me the same response; that it is a random thing chosen by the marketing dept. I can't speak for you but I suspect that one of my problems is that I am a very small dollar gambler so don't really earn these freespins..
