Firstly, thanks for the offer but beware.
I registered and played with my free fiver. Had some small wins up to £12, so I decided to try the slots as the scratchies started to take ages to come through. Playing on " Bon Apetite", I was having a bit of fun and got up to £22, but the slot was VERY slow and every other spin I got disconnected. When it sped up a bit, I went down to £12.50 ( because it was an extortionate 0.50p per line I was only playing 5 lines). On the next spin, my balance went from £12.50 to a msg saying £NaN and that I needed to deposit. I got straight onto Sandra on Live Support who told me I had played it. I explained that I was only playing £2.50 per spin but she was adament I had played it and offered me a bigger deposit bonus to compensate. After some argument and lame excuses, she said she couldn't help me. I recon the freebie was just a lure and after so many spins any wins just disappeared. I maybe wrong but I told Sandra I would NOT be depositing here if my balance was just going to disappear in an instant. Hope you other players have more joy

Hi Richard,

It seems that the player still has a positive account balance of £12.50. If the player wants to confirm exactly what happened he can look at his history from the lobby to see what he bet on. If you would like to post on the forum explaining this please do go ahead, but I have been informed that the player will receive an email explaining exactly what had happened.

I don’t see how the player thought his account went to zero; I wish he had taken a screenshot. I don’t imagine he did?

I do know the product is fairly new but I haven’t found any ‘teething’ problems yet. And once again I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.

A very big thank you to Desperado and John at Scratch Heaven!!! I just checked my account and my £12.50 had returned.
I know I should have taken a screen shot, but I never think at the time and thought it might have been resolved on live chat. However, the fact was substantiated by Sandra who I spoke to, because she was able to tell me that my balance was zero and which game I had played on.
The main thing is, the problem was resolved without any fuss, so I will be playing there again, and it shows that the members on Bonus Paradise are invaluable friends.
