They are making changes, the chat representative did only tell what is fact for now, he was not unfriendly.

I can understand you are disappointed, but please let`s stay fair, ok
No need to bash them down, especially NOT if they already say , they will be making changes!

as you see in the post just above yours by a couple we asked that you do not post live chat here....

if a rival casino decides you are not eligible they all clearly state in their terms and conditions that they have the right to do so...if you would like our administrators to look in to this for you they will be back in on Monday...

Good news!!!

Tropica Casino does not exclude so many countries anymore for bonuses!

Only 3 countries cannot get the 10 free bonus: Poland, Russia and Costa Rica.

The casino terms page will be updated now.

pooldica and JokeHale, please check your account if your 10 free are there.
Our contact said, he granted all bonuses for those who signed up last week, but might be some have been forgotten.
If you do not have it please let me know so we can ask him to credit it manual.

I just hear there are still some little technical issues to claim the bonuses.

cashier still "says": new promotions are coming soon! :(

i am from austria, and so i thought i am not "banned" anymore !

i hope they will get the problem fixed later then...but soon :)

Maybe you didn't get these bonuses because they don't give bonuses to finnish players?
...or maybe you have just received nice little bonus ban to all rivals except slotocash.

Tropica does now give bonuses to finnish players.
The casino managment did change that,

Everyone, please show some support also for this new Rival Casino. They are awesome, they did contact Rival and said that they do NOT want to exclude that many countries from receiving bonuses.
They really want to make players happy.

So it would be also nice to see one or another makes a deposit there.

I was thinking danish players who sign up now should get have the promos automatically.
