A Christmas Wish For A Little Girl In My Hometown...

Hi everyone, just wanted to offer a chance for everyone that visits here a chance
to do something amazing for a little girl in my hometown.

This girl is 10 years old- has terminal cancer and lives in Harrisonburg, VA, all she wants this Christmas is to get 1000 Christmas Cards. Please help make her dream come true. If you can make a note on the card that it was heard on "The Gospel Time " 1360 AM radio. Thank you and pass this to everyone on your list maybe it will go to other states or even other countries and that would be exciting!

Thanks hun, the address is a center for the card to go to her, its not her actual address. Thanks
for anyone that sends a card, i don't know her really myself, but some family of mine know some of her
relatives. I just seen the story and its always saddened me to her such young children having to face
death so early. So, got to thinking, and with all of the people and forums i know online, i'm sure some wouldn't mind sending a card.

So for anyone that does send one, thanks, makes me feel good that i could possibly help out with this.

I received some information i thought to be true about this little girl, but i am now finding out, that she did have a brain tumor, but it was not in fact terminal, and the tumor is now gone.


The family is now asking for no more emails to be send to them, as they never really requested all of those cards. they have over 50,000 cards they have received, and haven't come close to opening them all.


Can staff please edit my post and please remove the mailing address so that no more cards can be sent.


I found it touching and thought that i would help the wish come true, but like i said above, i did not receive all the complete facts of the story from people close to me. Thanks to any and all that responded to my post.
