Well with as much as has happened lately I thought what the hell lets have a little fun and a few laughs and let the casinos foot the bill!!
Where the matters below really are not funny I have chosen to take my Wiked Wit as only this WyldGirl can do and put it to work in my favor.!

background - during the migration of USA on Microgaming i had 5000 points just
get lost - like that fish that you were sure you had caught up in the net till you noticed that it was surfing away - and now I have enough to redeem built up and can not get to them! - maybe i should try a different bait!


Player:

for well over a month now I have tried to get a resolve to my loyalty problem and just keep getting
the same reply. I attempted to suggest a resolve and yet when I went to chat to ensure the email got there
I again got the same reply. but this time I was just left sitting on chat no goodbye no nothing

The Casino:


I would like to give you more information on the matter with regards to Loyalty Point issue.
The Loyalty Team have not at this moment put together a feature on the software where players will be
able to redeem the points, yet at this time we are looking into putting together a program to make this possible.
We will should it happen soon send you an email to inform you that the Loyalty program is fully functional and you may now be able to run all tasks on the Loyalty redeem screen. We have advised players that they should be able to log into the ''My Account'' page and click on Redeem Loyalty points from that page.

background - Player got an email for a promo which read "WE ARE GIVING YOU AN EXCLUSIVE LOYALTY BONUS!" now ya gotta love those exclusives cus that means that a casino actually said hey let spend a couple of hours thinking up something special just for this player because we want to! So the player went to chat they said it was valid so player funded. when the promo came due it was not in the account.

Player:

I funded yesterday and support said my promo email was good so why is the bonus not applied to my account?

I have to say seeing you all enjoy this is worth more than any compensation a casino could give!! I should have been doing this all along as it is much more profitable than fighting with them for resolve!
