Bad story Casino Rewards

    What happened to me, I'm very angry.

    Was chatting with a live operator of Casino rewards to ask on wich account I could have a 100% match bonus. So she told me and I made a deposit of 20 and got the 100% matchbonus. I played and won EUR 500,-! :eek:hyesss: (I thought). So I made a withdrawal, but it took a long time for I had the money. So chatted again and the operator said that there were some problems with my withdrawal. Had to send a mail to riskmanagement.
    I did that. Still can't believe what the were saying. They saw that I had two accounts and they closed this one, I get my deposit of EUR 20,- back And my EUR 500,- is gone!!!

    Please can someone help me! I don't know what to do.
    But this isn't right!

    I am sorry dear,
    but there is nothing we or anyone else could help
    you are NOT allowed to have more than one account at an Online Casino.
    Only one account per person, household, IP, PC

    I am really sorry for you.

    Maybe this happened because of the bigger getting Casino Rewards... I have had two accounts at Casino Rewards... not at a casino.....both with the same Username after the two casinos went there last time.....

    To avoid this scenario, you can check if you have double accounts within their rewards riches program. There is each & every account listed that you have signed up with the casino rewards group.
    I found out that I have one double account too.

    Just one thought:

    Do you have stored a transcript of the chat with the live operator? If they advised you to deposit exactly into that doubled account, my personal opinion is this is not right. However, without transcript, you have no proof.

    Seamann, I didn't get a transcript of the chat, so I can't prove it. Strange that they didn't say it immediatly.
    Well. I'm hoping now I win that amount on another casino.

    The problem in such cases is always, that support or promo department does not check for multiaccounts. They see you have an account at xxx casino and sending you a promotion.
    Always ONLY if a withdrawal is requested then they the security and fraud checks.

    Really sorry for your bad experience dear.
    Yes, I wish you lots of luck that you can win again somewhere else, and who knows... maybe you will win even more.
