bad support from CasinoShare

    Last thursday i deposited in the casino, the first deposit come thru without problems.. But when i`m almost finished to do a second deposit the cashier hung, and i had to close the software.. When i opened it again, there still was nothing in my account.. I cheked my Neteller, and there had been witdrawn the deposit from there.

    I then e-mailed Support and waited to next day for an answere.. But no response.. I waited to Saturday, still no response... I tried the Live Support, but did not get any good answer, so i mailed again.. And still no answer..

    Somebody have any Tip?

    I love to play there, but i`d like to get answers when i ask.

    I have not had any problems after with deposits, but still misses one.

    Just wondering.... :)

    This is surprising to me, their support is normally good!
    Might be e-mails not going through.

    Please give me your account ID and we will help to get this sorted.

    Btw, I had longer ago a similar issue with a neteller deposit at another microgaming casino,
    support told there is nothing they could do, since they do not see the transaction yet.
    We had to wait and then after a few days I logged in and the money was credited.

    Totto, I just heard that your deposit problem has been taken care off and it should be ok now. Can you confirm this? Have they contacted you? Please let me know then.
    So that I could close this thread and add a Resolved to the subject.
