    I have been waiting for a neteller payout since the 13th from them, well it was actually requested on the 9th but the first person I was told to email left and I have no idea what happened with the 2nd person I emailed. The cashier for withdrawals was not working at that stage, I have no idea whether it is now. They have a 10 business days holding period for neteller.

    I quit the Live Chat now, I had no more time to waiting after 25-30 minutes.

    Did check my mail, but no welcome mail from them.. Maybe they are very busy because of the new casino?

    It's true....for me, live chat or a very fast email response is huge in my decision making on whether to deposit. After sign up, I would expect at least an automated email welcome. And when I deposit, I like to talk to live chat first. Knowing someone is there who is knowledgeable and available often has determined if I'll deposit at all. If I have to wait 15 min in live chat and noone responds, they've lost my dep and I go somewhere else

    It really can be a major bug somewhere and technical issues.

    Ok we just talked to Nicholas, he says that the casino still has some issues.
    But they do work to fix that all.

    As so many times, a new casino has teething problems.

    They will make sure that players will get the welcome e-mails
    and they also fixing the payment delays, so players will not have to wait that long.

    They also will improve the customer support, so people not have to wait to long anymore on live chat.

    All Bonuses should work fine.
    Grydia, it might be you not see the 50 in your lobby, please try to go to a slot and see if it is there.

    A very good thing in my opinion is, that Nicholas replied to us in no time, and he is there to make sure all will be fixed asap.

    I remember when Rushmore casino first opened I was able to cashout on my first deposit. It took a while to get my check because of the cashier problems, but I did receive my money. I cashed out at slotsoasis (sistersite to rushmore) and got the money in two days.

    Hopefully its just tech problems and you will receive your money soon.
