Ein weiters Microgaming Casino welches mir Kopfschmerzen bereitet, und mich veranlasst zu bedenken ob diese Casinos (v. Microgaming) nur mit bitterem Beigeschmack zu genießen sind!
So eine Hilfe bzw. Chat habe/hatte ich nie erwartet und ist absolut unverständlich!
Als ich im laufe der Woche wieder mal entdeckte das von Freidrehs für Betway geworben wurde schaute ich wie immer bei dem Casino und in meine E-Mail accounts vorbei!
War ja klar, keine frei Drehs!
Seit etwa 2-3 Monaten werden mir keine mehr gegönnt ,wobei ich 3-4 Jahre dabei bin und eigentlich immer in dieser Zeit so ungefähr 2 mal im Monat frei drehs wie viele andere erhielt!
Da ich genau seit dem also vor 3 Monaten mal wieder seit langer Zeit bei Betway Einzahlungen machte also mehrere (fast jede Woche).
Ich kam also zu dem Schluss wenn ich einzahle und auszahle sind Sie nicht mehr wirklich daran interessiert das ich aktiv bei ihn Spiele, jedenfalls wollte ich diese Logik nicht verstehen und fragte beim support einfach mal direkt nach und schilderte mein Anliegen wie oben bereits erwähnt (in Kursiv).
Die antwort war: Tut mir ja sehr leid, doch ich bin nur für den Chat zu ständig, dafür kann ich ja nichts!
So viel dazu! Ich bittete also darum das er mir seine Meinung dazu gibt! Ich dachte gut er gibt es dem Suport weiter und eusert sich nicht weiter dazu!
Aber er schrieb sehr unfreundlich und überheblich zurück von wegen das ich damit leben soll es ist wie es ist ihn wohl nicht interessiere und ich halt Pech habe Tschüss!
Ich sagte noch: naja, ich frage einfach mal im Netz bei casino- Forums um Erfahrung und Rat um diese Art bzw. Logik zu verstehen! Bedankte mich für die Kompetenz und wünschte ein schön Abend (lies mich nicht darauf ein und blieb halt neutral)!
