Hi there,

because of this other thread about bonus I like to open this one (first I wanted to post it there)

I looked into the T&C's of a casino and I start wondering...

I looked in German and in English and I was shocked...maybe anyone can explain me this, I understand in #11 that if I play minimum they can refuse it???

Number 10 is in English and German, #11 I just found in German....and I don't know what to think about it....

10.Observations of playing patterns such as the playing for deliberate minimum risk, equal, zero marginal or hedge betting may not be considered as playing in the appropriate spirit for the purposes of meeting bonus wagering requirements. Should the Casino deem that these practices have been utilised for the specific purpose of meeting wagering requirements, the casino reserves the right to withhold any cash in and/or confiscate all winnings.

#11 ???? If I don't hit the spin butto because I play expert mode with autoplay they refuse mjy winnings?

Sorry my friends but now I know why I mostly play without any bonus......like I said before "casino always wins" (my partner says)...and I start believing him......

Our has that too. If anyone ever really read the full terms on the casinos sites - AND YES I MEAN EVERY CASINO EVERY SITE AND EVERY RULE - you will find that should a casino so choose they can get out of paying anyone with one rule or another. If a min bet on a slot is a nickle then there should be no rule that i can not bet a nuckle every pull if i want to. And there is. it is called hedging!
If they want to keep bonus money in the bonus account w/o transferring it they call it a casino void as all malfunctions go to the casino.so if you play $1000 and it never transfers to cash when there was only a $440 wager requirement they can call it a malfunction and give you $10 bonus to make themselves feel good about it.

Lets see $10 at a nickle a pull will last - oh hell can't do that it is hedging - ok so ill bet a quarter - no wait then that is doubling up.
:roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:
maybe i will just tell them all to take their online casino crap and malfunction this!

and yes auto play can void your wins also!

Hi, Wyldgirl. Hey, i think you are very cleaver and you've sussed out what a lot of these casinos are doing. I greatly appreaciate you taking so much time to inform others as well.

Don't know if you got it but about a week ago i sent you a reply to one of your posts about all the T&c rubbish. A few months ago i was complaning on this forum about some of the very same things you are posting about and desperado removed my posting and sent me a PM saying it was removed cos i was having a rant etc., and all i was saying is that i no longer trust these on-line casinos ( hmmm, conflict of interests perhaps?) and have returned to playing only at land-based casinos.

Keep up the good work, Wyldgirl and keep the info coming and one last thing...tell your other half he's right.

Gerald.

:thank you: :eek:hyesss:

omg, does it never end? thanks for all your sluething guys.

this is really upsetting.

Yes Klaus, this is correct, some casinos have added this term about Autoplay in the past.

Such a term as you see below, you can find at many online casinos.

The thing is, there are people who are doing nothing else than finding a way to get money for free, trying to get the most with spending the minimum.

I can only say, I never ever had any problem at the casinos I play at.
I always got my winnings. I also never do read all.

Gerald, I have checked back and found your post in our files.
Let me explain you...

You have posted it in the thread that Pitbull poker is shutting down, your post was nothing else than attackig us as a forum and other advertisers.
I.e. Pitbull has been a good site, and we did promote it, it is out of our hands if they then close. Such things happen, and sorry, we cannot look in the future.

We are one of the forums taking time and listen what our members say
and many times we are trying to help by contacting our affiliate managers.
A lot of time goes into all that, but I do love to do that, love our little forum with it's members and simply enjoy being here daily.

Your post was rude against us in my opinion. Maybe I did misread?

Hi everyone! Thanks for the lastest posting. I'm completely fed up with all the forums advertising sites that the operators end up either ripping us off and/or being arrested etc.
Personally speaking, i no longer make ANY CASH deposits to ANY ONLINE CASINO SITES period and have returned to playing at land based casinos only(at least i know the casino premises won't suddenly vanish.)

The forum operators and advertisers need to get a grip on vetting sites before they advertise!

Hope this posting helps to convince others.

P.S. The online casino industry is cutting its own throat in the long run as more and people like myself will end up shunning the lot of them.

Gerald.

But now back to the topic.
Yes, if we accept a bonus, we must really always read all rules. I know most don't, this counts for me too.

Hi there

thanks for the reply.

I just opened this for showing that we must read the T&Cs carefully.

I always play in automode.....this was really strange for me in reading... I am a low roller and I always play automode in Avalon with 20Cent....but mostly I am not taking any bonus and now I will read carefully all before taking any bonus.

Gerald,
On this boards behalf I felt I should address your statement of a conflict of interest.
Possibly your post was removed because it went outside the scope of a confirmable legitimate "complaint"
I always post the facts followed by the evidence and ALWAYS remove all names so the parties can't be identified until an admin here tells me it is ok to put the names up.
I know players aren't stupid and can most times conclude who the casinos are before they are named but by removing the names then it leaves this site and its administration free from any liability or loss of their sponsors.

We do need to remember that affiliates are caught between their need to profit and their desire to ensure fairness to their players.
I think this board is one of the best in their ability to maintain a balance between the 2!
They have their sponsors but if a player comes forth with eveidence to a problem that is just way out there then sponsor or not this board lets the players know about it!

I won't say i never vent but even then I find a way to do it without negative
reprocutions <<< did I spell that right
:hitme:
