I played for years at Bwin online casino, no problems. A couple of weeks ago i got an email that my account was migrated to Premium, nothing wrong so far. I was playing on Bierhaus and hit the bonus round, and then the screen seems to freeze. So i write support and i received the standard answers. After about two weeks i noticed that the money in my account was released and i could play again. The bonus to bad, was stated in the rules, i did not get it. The problem was not solved but they removed the games, that was the solution. So i send them an email again about the poor costumer service and they offered me a 10 no dep bonus. I did not accept but start playing again with my own money and played Red Flag Fleet, and yes i hit a bonus round again at 80 cents a spin, guess what......the screen freezes again. And ofcourse i emailed support, two days ago and all they answer so far is again standard answers. Anyone else have problems with this casino?
