Dendera - trustworthy or not?

    Well I just thought I'd open a thread about Dendera if any players have had experiences with them, I am kinda suspicious with the casino since I won something and was unsure of if I could cash it out due to it being comp points gathered with nodeposit bonuses.

    I contacted Dendera support maybe around the 13th of December and I was promised to be answered during the same day regarding the question. Well it's now more than a month later and I am yet to hear a word from them with Live Support telling me: "We will put an urgent note for management to review your case." and I've heard that same line multiple times.

    Well I got tired of waiting and I played the amount. It was only 200€, so it's not the worst thing in the world, but still I would like to hear experiences of this casino from players.

    wow, makes me not so happy to hear you did not get an answer from them in a timely manner.
    I did not hear something bad about Dendera Casino until now.
    We have a good contact with them and I will show them your post.

    yeah sure, my username is tinonaama as it is at most of the places where I can choose the nickname I desire :D

    It's not so important to me anymore that I lost the money, though it was quite a hefty amount for me cause I just got out of the army and I'm unemployed atm, but I would actually like to know why I didn't get an answer in over a month even though was promised it within a day and after weeks and weeks with countless of visits to the live chat service I ended up with nothing.

    for some reason they are not receiving many support e-mails.

    They ask kindly to contact them via borab at and/or ricardodendera at

    Well that's very "heart warming" to hear. Thanks for your effort though :)

    I really don't have anything to say to either of those guys so I'll just leave it to this... Just wondering if they ever have any good promos if it's safe to even deposit... they usually have pretty high wagering so I haven't deposited.

    edit: Borat and Ricardo might want to check their promos... what is this madness...

    Deposit 50€ get 75€... Wagering 50.67x and max cashout 300€ ?

    Where's the sense in that?

    I noticed such wagering requirements at more rival casinos,
    some promos do have a max. cashout and some others not.
    always make sure to read the terms.

    We affiliates are already reporting that some promos really have terms which are not making any sense, players just might feel fooled, we know that, and we working and trying that some Rival Casino managments will make a change.

    tinonaama, I just heared from the Dendera Casino Manager
    that they have sorted things out and have credited your account with a free bonus to appology for the troubles.

    They do take such things really serious and try to work things out,
    you should also have an e-mail from them.

    Well it was a really nice gesture from them to tell me that I had a free chip.. but it wasn't on the account... cashier says no promotions available...

    this is strange

    heres to hoping it might appear sometime... :neujahr_70:

    Live chat can only tell what they do see,
    Please allow some time, I have e-mailed my contact already.

    They are willing to give you a free bonus for the troubles,
    its just they need to find a way the system still allows you this time for a free bonus,
    since you did claim a few free bonuses in a row, without making a single deposit at the casino, you are automatically bonus banned,

    Yeah, I did claim many no-deposits in a row, but I do not find it strange myself that the willingness to put my own money in a place that does not answer for almost two months is non-existent.

    Just my two cents on the bonus banned thing.

    edit: just so if anyone was wondering the no-deposits I claimed were a part of the christmas daily nodeposit thing... If you find 7 nd's somehow odd that is :D

    I understand that, and as I told you already,
    they are working things out, it happened to me not only once, that e-mails getting lost, never arrive, or arrive months later then.

    I know you are depositing at online casinos, no doubt
    So, Dendera wants to show good faith, maybe if we solved this you can show good faith too.

    Okay I got the freechip now... sure got some wagering to do and not that much to cashout if I make it lol, but it's free :D

    Regarding Dendera Casino, well we did have them listed on our site when they were new.
    Later it turned out, that most Rival powered online casinos are having not so friendly terms and we are not promoting them anymore.
    We do not have any contact with them anymore, so, I am sorry to tell that we cannot help you in that matter.
