Deposits at Bingo Las Vegas Casino?

    Has anyone deposited at bglv yet? I plan on doing so when my cashout clears to moneybookers in an hour or two and just want to hear peoples thoughts after they've played with real money not the freebie? I'm sure you probably have eh marina what is your take on it?

    well its a new casino vacant
    offering the netent games,
    really hard to say, since I mostly dont play at Netent Casinos
    and just letting you know we had to remove banners and links from them
    not one player was tracked through our affiliate account
    they have had big tracking problems, we have only clicks, not one sign up
    and they are not able to fix this until now
    so this is for sure a very bad start for a casino.

    If you still decide to deposit and play please let me know your opinion hon

    i'm just going now to make a minimum deposit, if i happen to double it up i'm going to cash it out and see what happens then. Will let you know how things go.

    Deposited $50 withdrawing $70 lol, just to see how long the process takes. So starting from 5 minutes ago we'll see what happens!

    Just spoke to live chat to find out what is going on with the withdraw and was told they are only done wednesday - friday. So i asked if i could reverse my withdraw and continue playing and was told only the deposit/withdraw dept can do that and they're not open weekends.

    Well I don´t like playing at casinos which pay me ONLY from wednesday to friday,

    Finally got an email today about my withdraw. They are asking for photo id front and back which is the usual for casinos, however i had to write back that i sent them a couple of emails requesting it be reversed back to my account so i can continue playing hours and hours ago, haven't heard anything since then.

    well good to know that they do pay,
    just hope that they will improve and handle cashouts a bit faster also.

    Glad to tell our Stats tracking issue is fixed.

    I am positive that Bingo Las Vegas Casino will find a way to handle player cashouts faster.

    About you sent them e-mails to have your cashout reversed and did not hear back
    maybe they did not receive them?

    Just got in from work and did receive one back that it is now reversed for me. I think if they improve on their withdraw times say mon - fri instead and have 24/7 live support then they could defenitely be on the way up.

    Hi Marine and Vacant finally stumbled upon your thread here and I have some answers for you all :)

    We know the industry standard is to have withdrawals completed within 48-72 hrs. from request, so if you request withdrawal on a Saturday you could end up waiting a day more than usual.

    Thanks for your reply regarding these things, but i think a new player knowing that as with some casinos, payouts can be almost instant so to speak within a few hours, this payment idea should be looked at more accordingly, as it is very important all players to 1st, know they will be paid and 2nd, how fast will they be paid. I think in todays market, this is one of the most important thing.

    Customer service means everything with me, how polite and caring they are, how fast withdrawals are processed, and spreading great bonuses and freebies for depositing players making sure all players no matter how much they can afford to play feel welcomed and appreciated.

    I absolutely agree with you D, those are my main 2 reasons for the places I play at. I can
    say however that when i did speak with their live chat they were quick with responses and
    knew any and all information about the topics i was asking.


    Thanks for your reply cindy it is good to know that you are paying attention to what players
    want and expect out of an online casino. Being that you do come in and reply to posts and answer questions shows to me that you all are doing the absolute best that you can and
    are doing what you can to improve things.
