I received an email from Globet giving me $15 as an apology for the delay in verifying my account. However, the bonus did not arrive on my account despite emailing them more than 5 times but did not get any response.

I received the email 3 days ago and I have been emailing them regarding this and asked for a simple "yes" or "no" if indeed they will add the bonus to my account. Unfortunately, I got no reply until now.

This makes me think twice about this casino and I hope Bonus Paradise can check on this because I only trust casinos that bonusparadise endorse or at least has a positive feedback from bonusparadise.

I also hope Globet staff can respond to my email.

I made a with drawl from casino and had to send docs etc.Had no problem.You might want to go to the Globet homepage and use live chat.You will see upper right corner a orange box with two arrows.....that live chat.

There is no Live Operator on their Live Chat

yes noone there today, I just seen it too,
they might be limited on staff due the new years celebrations.
Maybe you would like to try to call them, skype?
