Yes i got the same mailer.
Yeah, I got the same email and claimed the £37.50 for the free spins but couldn't find the slot! Spoke to live support who informed me that progressive slots are for USA players only. I got the free credits but if I play on any other game according to the rules, any wins will be void. So its not always you USA players who get a bad deal!
Then they should not give us that freebie to claim!

Well after all your comments folks, I think I'll play the free money for fun and if I get any hassel, just uninstall. This isn't the first problem I've had with Rival. I'm still waiting to hear from Absolute where I won a forum contest and they said I wasn't legible for any kind of bonuses because I had multiple accounts! When I questioned this, live support said they were not responsible for giving out any reasons for the block, so how do we sort problems out if they wont tell us what the problems are?

i got the email also when i claimed the promotion said i wasn't eligable so i wrote email they said sorry try claiming again so i logged back in to claim and the promos not there anymore and theres no 37.50 in my account so i wrote again and haven't heard anything back yet what a hassel for something i am probaly not goining to hit anything anyway

ok,We just heard the progressives are only available for those who have their account in US Dollar, if you have another currency like Euro or GBP, the progressives are not available!
