I really do think it's random. I do not deposit $100 weekly.
I think the promo department has the system run a list and randomly picks players.
Some weeks I've cashed out and have received them and then other weeks I've deposited with no cashout and haven't received them.
So go figure. I guess it's luck of the draw.

I still think they are crap.. regardless of gesture they might give the lucky few... because I have never been that lucky with them despite depositing a substantial amount they have never gave me any gesture of gratitude... All I hear is "You are not eldgible for a bonus at this time"...

i deposited over 200 on my birthday week and was a regulare depositer of 75 to 100 a week and when i asked for a bday bonus i was told there are no promos at this time. i got the free spins 2 weeks in a row befor i deposited at velintpo and about 2 years later i got them at rich reals and was out of town when i got back i saw the email so i went to live help and told them i had been out of town it was the day after the time and they said there was nothing they could do.i havn't deposited there sincei did get 30 free spins about a month ago but that wasn't the wekly promo any way i was pretty let down by how i was treated and didn't feel they cared much for my bussiness so thats what i know

well, i used to bitch about never getting the freespins at Villentos for the last couple years, and i mean NEVER EVER! That is until about 5 weeks ago, pretty close to my 3 yr anniversary i guess, i have received them 5 weeks in a row and counting.
