Having Problems With Avast antivirus And Rival Casinos...

    So, all of a sudden i'm having trouble opening up any rival casino i have downloaded atm because avast is saying a trojan has been detected. This has happened with 3 casinos i've tried to open. I tried to report it as a false positive, but didn't have the right information to do so i guess, and now, it tells me when i click and try to open the program,

    "Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access them."

    I'm lost when it comes to certain things, anyone have any advice for this? is anyone else using advast having an issue?

    I just updated the last update for advast, and i guess since then, i have this problem?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    avast is a good free antivirus software but many times way to sensitive
    means for normal tracking cookies which casinos have to set, the avast gives you a trojan or virus warning.
    You should e-mail the issue to all the Rival Casinos you had the issue.

    Thank You for the posts! :kiss: i have not been able to download any of the rival casinos, maybe it's because i of my avast.

    (earlier i tried to download, Players only for the poker tourney, and my avast had a pop up stating, trogan horse detected. could not download) :sad: any feedback would be greatly apprecitated. :thank you:

    We will let them know, hope they can solve this soon.

    I run Norton 360, and have no problem at all
    casinos are fine, if you really need to download or login now,
    you could just disable avast for short time,
    try to disable, login and enable avast then again, see if this works.

    Mike has avast, and had the same problem with cake poker dear, just a few minutes ago.
    He disabled it and downloaded cake poker just fine.

    We have informed already a few of the rival mangers
    they are taking care of it now, it seems to be a issue with the rival software itself
    it does affect all rival powered casinos.

    Once again everyone, the casinos do NOT have a Virus,Trojan or anything harmful
    something is just not anymore compatible with Avast and maybe some other Antivirus softwares.
