    Today I like to write anything about casinos which are here not promoted or are at the rogue list.

    I always thought "why aren't these casinos here or why are the rogue?".

    Now I know. I played some weeks ago again at a casino. This one I not found here but I found a nice freebie about it.

    I started gambling and won. Finally I reached the playthrough and could request a withdrawal and than all starts.

    I requested the withdrawal and waited some days and nothing happened. Some days later I logged in and saw the money back in my account. I withdrawed again and ask why it was back into the account. Some days later I got an answer: We need you documents.
    Why they not sent me an email and asked for the documents???

    I sent them with acknowledge two the payment team and the document team and got twice back "This receipt verifies that the message has been displayed on the recipient's computer", must not mention that this was again some long days later.

    Again I logged into the casino for having a look. Sure, the money was back in my account. Another time I opened the unpolite and not helpful chat. They told me they never got the documents. Unreal this. Two adresses and nothing.

    Than I was told to sent all this papers again to the manager of the casino. Got again the "this receipt bla bla" mail 3 days ago and still nothing happens.

    Finally I know now why these casinos are not on this site. Time wasting casinos.

    You play, get happy if you win with a freebie and than? The start joking and lying.

    Thank you for having this great site with approved casinos. I will never again play at any casino which I not find here.

    it is very sad to hear, that you have made a that bad experience! I really hate that kind of lying to users! Especially if you send your personal documents, where your perosnal details are displayed.. I always wonder, what they do with them... and WHY they do sth like that, because it was free money,they dont have anything out of that ! Do they really think, we deposit sth to them,after having that problems with a freebie withdrawl?!

    Perhaps you can tell us, what casino that was ( nly if its okay for the admins of bonusparadies,that you are allowed to say,what casino it was), so we others know!...

    I hope you can make a win on some casino,which is mentioned here, so you can be happy again with a freebie ;-)

    Sorry for your experience Magich1. Unfortunately, there are so many bad places out there.

    We really do try to provide our members with the best information and honest places to play.

    I am not sure if I can tell the name, but it doesn't matter. I not found anything here about them, this is meaning that they are not ok, because they are not new on the market.

    I think it can happen to each of us, even us experienced BP staff. I am playing now online for about 9 years and I got cheated last week from a new casino that I wanted to test. No alarm bells, no red alert in my head. However, we try to do our best to protect our members from such bad casinos.

    Here is the continue of the story which nobody needs:
    I will log in there now all three days and have a look where the money is. Still not one withdrawing email, just today I got the answer that now my Letter / Bill is not there...sent it again...I am just interested now how long this game will go on.....

    I think they will finally find any reason for not paying, they are just searching. This is really a NO GO Casino for me. Good that I learned from my parents: Never plan with money which is not in your pocket.

    Just thinking what will happen there if someone deposits and wins......I can relax it was a freebie.

    update: Got answer from Manager again that all my papers arrived and what he did?
    Again declined and no comment and back to account.
    I withdrawed again. This will be a job for years but I will not give up now.

    Hey!
    Can't believe, that they haven't payed you out yet!! :(( Especially because it isn't that amount, which would hurt them so much!... This is really (as you said) a NO GO!!!!!

    To the comment of your parents...mine do say the same *smile* and it is really really true, parents ( although we first don't want to hear,what they want to tell us) are the most times right ;-)

    Hope you get your money in future, but after that I would delete the account and tell them, what you think about their behaviour towards their players!!...

    As I was asked to tell the name of the Casino I will do it now.

    I hope it is ok, if not please delete it.

    The name is typical for the behaviour. They make me MAD.


    By the way the money is still pending again.

    I feel sorry for your bad experience Magic1.

    Wow, Slot Madness. When they were new we had them on our site, then they got sold and we did not get any notification about this.
    We decided to remove them from our site. Now your story proofs it was a good decision to not have them here.

    We from BonusParadise also cannot always 100% be sure which casinos are ok, but we try our best to get as much info as possible before we promote an internet casino.
    And then still, it happens sometimes that a casino gets sold like in that case, and many things change.

    Magic1 I am sorry for you.

    I think they will not pay. This behaviour is more than unpolite. If a casino is not able to write an email about anything I am sure that they will not pay out a freebie.

    Thank you for the information. If I get any promotionmails from them I will delete them and never post them here to keep our members safe.

    perhaps I have the same problem...

    have played at a casino with a freebie, made the wagering reqiremtns and on sunday I wanted to cash out the max of 100... today the money was back in my account... :-// They said, my account has to be verified, before I can make a withdrawl (but I spoke to a supporter before making the withdrawl,and he said, its okay, to make the withdrawl request before sedning documents... they also wanted a private picture of myself to verifiy,that it is me on my identity card<-- unusual!) but I have send an old one.... I really really wonder, what they are doing with our documents *afraid*...

    I wait and see what happens, but my hopes arent that big :-/ Perhaps(if the money will not be sent, I can tell the admins which Casino it is/was? to prevent thereselves and the others of playing there...

    This sounds all really bad. Sometimes I wonder about all the papers they want too. It happened to me twice that I must sent a pic with me and my ID card in my hand.

    All really strange.

    I hope that you get your money, but I think these casinos will never pay, and this is the reason why you never find them here.

    Yes, better I'd check, if the casino is listed here!...

    I wouldn't be sad,if I didnt get the money,because I haven't deposited anything, but I would be angry, because they have my personal informations and documents... :-/

    I will see, if they pay me out! Hope never dies*smile*... perhaps I get surprised :D

    I will apply for a job there. Sounds great. No obligation to answer emails and decline after 7-10 days all.....just working three days a month with decline clicking.

    My documents have arrived now ( after 7 working days), I have now made the request for withdrawl. They said, that it will take 7-10 days to approve and after that again 10-14 days to sent the money ( I have chosen Skrill for my payout!!!),such long time like Magic1 has to wait! Think it is also a RealtimeGaming-Casino!...Isnt it?
    I think that is really unbelievable! Near to one month to sent money via Skrill (Moneybookers)??! Unreal!!
    -no comment on that-

    Did you Magic1 get your money till now?!...

    Hi VaennyTi,

    really unlucky that you got the same problem like I have.

    I still don#t have any money and I think I will never get it.

    I did the first withdrawal the 25th of January and this is more than one month now.

    They have all the documents and I am sure that they will find any reason for not paying.

    I always got declined and withdrawed again and again...

    If I see the terms about nearly 4 weeks for a normal withdrawal I am happy that I played a freebie. Finally I spent nothing and lost nothing. (just a lot of time)

    Hope your thing will be better than mine.
