Microgaming Casinos locking existing U.S. accounts?

    Yesterday I wrote that my account was locked at casinous, today I got the free spins from Royal Joker and the same thing happened. What is going on? Has this happened to any one else?
    I Did get the free spins at Go wild I wasnt locked out. I t comes up with a ref#107 and its not the casinos doing it. Help!! :sad:

    This is really strange hon?
    Can it be for any other reason that you get locked?
    Can it be you have multiple accounts and the microgaming database has flagged you?

    We did not hear any official statement yet from a microgaming casinos that they would now also close the existing U.S. player accounts.

    Have you tried to ask the Royal Joker Support, maybe they can tell more?

    Hi Marina, no I dont have mulitple accounts, I have no idea why this is happening. support says its microgaming doing this and not them. I had to sent a photo id and anouther document but i still havent heard anything. If I do I will let you know. Thank you

    Hi, I talked to supposrt last nite from vegaspartners and they told me that im not the first for this has happened to. He said microgaming does as they please but they did send in my documents and are waiting for a answer. He also transferred my free spins to anouther one of their casinos as the others arent locked so far anyway. I havent tried them yet. will let you know later what happens.     yahoo, all is well! I checked my accounts today and they were all open. I didnt receive any kind of notice but oh well. Hope this doesnt happen again. Thanks for the support!!
