nedplay question?

    iv already posted about this casino on another forum but i would like to know if people could give me an idea of when i would expect to be paid??

    i played with the signup bonus, met all wagering requirements and cashed out, then as per the terms i sent in 2 forms of "id",

    i was then informed by a rep at another forum that they would make sure my withdraw would be processed within 24 hours from the time they sent that message, 50 hours later nothing :( and no replies

    anyone have any ideas how long it took for them to be paid and how long i can be expected to wait before payment comes into my acocunt?

    I heard just yesterday from another member
    that he also waits on payment,
    nedplay told him yesterday they having some system issues,
    I would wait another day.

    I will try to find out more,
    Normally there should be no problem getting paid from this casino.
    but sure, if they having some technical issues it can take longer
    I hope its solved soon,
    Could you please let us know if you receive your withdrawal?

    hey marina...still nothing...

    my username there is Sparkz

    i did contact robin originally when i joined there, 1stly it was about the free spins, then about i.d, then the cashout,

    the last thing i had heard off robin or support was the message saying they would make sure the money is with me in under 24 hours from then, but obviously 3 days+ now and still nothing, and iv emailed support twice n robin twice in last 3 days, no replys though....

    as i have sent Pm to Marina i have still waiting to get paid from nedplay more then 10 days

    before one week Jens the manager told me that i will get them every moment but nothing ...

    before 3 days day told me that they got some system problems

    the next day Michael told me that i will receive them in 12 hours but 48 hours later nothing

    PS.I have deposit 20 got the 150 % first deposit bonus and lost it on the net day i have deposit 30 and have hit around 200 then i have see 9 euro bonus in my account and i must rollover it to can withdraw ...

    I have make the rollover and want to withdraw only my money that i have deposit in this casino but more then 10 days nothing

    Jan: We have a lot of fraude at the moment and very carefull with the payments. That is the reasons. What I just tolled you is throught and it will go out today, believe me. I am verys orry for the dealy but the good players are suffering under the bad players.

    but how to trust him this is the 3 time that they told me that i will get it

    i`m considering to make a complaint to Kahnawake also to write post in casinomaister

    what do you thing ?

    So, please let me know as soon the money arrives

    I hope this will be ok all soon.

    Nedplay told me also they working on a solution to process faster in future
    they have been hit by a lot of fraud players, and this is why they have to recheck all again and again.

    thanks for your help marina...

    the odd thing with that was i did say to them about withdrawing via card but they explained they usually can only put the initial deposit back on the card used, so i gathered it would be moneybookers, they must of seen i prefered card and are putting it back there :D

    yeh, although they show visa cards on the main page so they should of had that as a cashout option when i made the withdraw,

    its pretty lame after all the emails i sent their rep and support that they havent replied in over 3 days not even to let me know about the delay... and even though the mentioned to you it had been processed, in my account it still stands as "Work in Progress"

    completely i wouldnt feel half as bad about it is they had got in touch and said to me there would be a delay, but the fact that they didnt reply to me makes me really skeptical which is a shame :(

    These online casinos amaze me. They always have technical problems when your half way through a tournament or want to rightly claim any winnings. I wonder how many of us have had problems when depositing? I never have, and its always gone out of my account immediately whereas its taken up to 8 days to get any winnings in. Hope you get paid real soon Spartz
