thats my feelings exactly, with tournaments i tend not to play them because especially with microgaming slots tournaments half way through my spins its freezes due to the amount of people connecting... that reminds me once when i played a microgaming tournament, it was slots, 5 mins worth of spins, 2 mins had passed and i had triggered 15 free spins, 3 spins into it i was up from 200th to 6th, but then the slots froze, a few mins later when they responded it said my time was up and i finished in 14th (just 2 places off a prize), if it hadnt froze i could of used my other 12 free spins and rest of spins over that time and im quite certain i would of left with a prize...ahh well....
relating to this issue, its like you are in the pub, you meet someone for the 1st time who says "hey, i bet u £5 i can whoop you at pool" so you bet and win, they dont turn round n say "hang on, before you get your money back and my £5 you will have to wait a week+"
it is different for casino's i know but its the same logic, i made an "instant" deposit for a chance to win, they got my money "instantly", i knew it was a risk and they could "win" my money, but if i won i expected it to be paid via terms (under 24 hours) and with no problems...
i can understand completely maybe theres some server problems? maybe a load of people on the other side of the world have been playing fraudulantly? but at the same time that isnt my fault. if id lost i would of said good game, that was fun but wasnt meant to be.
1 of the most important things casinos need to be sucsessful (apart from good, fun games and decent bonuses) is the ability to pay members quickly, without this people wont come back, i for one wont be keen to make another deposit knowing i will be left waiting over 8 days for any winnings, and especially when support/reps dont reply to me to even let me know about a delay
