WOW, i just downloaded from here and i didn't receive the bonus, i contacted support and talked to a claire, she said they were not offering a bonus at this time, i told her that i downloaded from bonus paradise and she told me to inform them (bonus paradise) that there is no bonus!!!!!
 
I just downloaded and tried to log in, and they locked my account.
Something about Duplicate accounts. I live with 5 people 4 of which can download casinos and open accounts. I have no idea what they do.

But this casino will not let me have an account with them
 
nevermind, i contacted support again, and got ahold of someone different, i explained my situation, and she went and credited me 11.00!!! How Awesome:socool:

That is why I can't sign up for this casino. they have said that there were multiple accounts with different rivals.:sad::sad::sad::sad:

from support told me that my account are connected to other multiple account at the Rivals

but this is not true ... i have receive this last 2 times when i try to claim rivals no deposit all start after my last win at Rockbet casino they have paid me and that is no more freebie from Rivals anymore :)
