Last week the New Hampshire Senate decided that revenue from slot machines was too good to pass up.
In a growing trend among states nationwide the Senate approved a budget that includes tax revenues from slot machines. The thing of it is, slot machines are not even legal in New Hampshire.
The Senate seems to recognize that people are going to spend money on this type of entertainment and wants to make sure that they get their share of the resultant revenues.
While this legislation will still have to make its' way through the House of Representatives it does appear that New Hampshire is going to join the growing list of states that have decided that people are going to gamble, legal or otherwise, and they might as well collect some money from it.
How long will it be before the Federal Government comes to the same realization about Online Gaming?
