Update, we just asked at Box24 Casino if there are some countries excluded from the bonuses.

there are times when a server is more busy, it can be on their side, but also on your side.

I also was able to withdrawl using the free chip. I requested it last night so I will let you all know how it went. They have not requested any fax back forms and I never had to send them to any Rivals when cashing out so we will see.

I still have not recieved my withdrawl because they have been having problems with their connection to QT, which is totally understandable with a new casino. They were honest and apologetic at live chat and even sent me an E-mail. They hope to have it fixed by Monday so I will keep you posted.
