pokergurl9, you need to have an account at Club World, and then you only need to fill in there at the OFC site,
your username and registred e-mail from Club USA Casino and select Bonus Paradise as forum.
You will then get an e-mail confirmation from OFC,
I think they will then also send out reminders short before the Black Jack Tournament starts.
It takes place on January 24, 2010
