Man, just woke up from falling asleep on the couch, decided to smoke a cigarette, and while doing so, i accidently stumbled across a guys myspace page somehow, and he had this video posted about this guy and his love for his son.

Very touching! What a dad!

It makes you want to ask yourself if you were ever put in that position? could you do the same? it takes a certian kind of mind set, but its really about love! that kid/man is very lucky!

I am emailing this truly inspirational video to all my children and there spouses. My family has been truly blessed with 4 healthy choldren and 9 healthy grandchildren. My 2 sons are having martial problems , Mike has resolved his and Awonderguy is getting a divorce. I am so TIRED of hearing parents talking about " what about me? I deserve a life" If parents would just take a clue from this remarkable Father perhaps the divorce rate would go down. I cant help but wonder if this was in God's plan to teach thousands what true commentmit to your children mean. I specifically want my soon to be ex-daughterlaw to see what a selfless parent looks and sounds like. God bless and keep these Angels on Earth.

One more thing to think about here, if that father put in a home when he was small, that poor kid would be trapped in that body for life! unable to communicate with anyone!

What a world we live in today! thank god!

I vote best Dad of the decade. I would say he is the luckiest son in the world. WOW!!!
 
That is the most touching thing I have ever seen. That is a great father. Not only did he help his son do what he wanted to live life but he treated him as any other human being. People really should take notes from this, Just because someone has a disability it does not make them any less of a human being than anyone else.

That was an awesome video. What a dedicated father and a very lucky son. This was emotional for me because my nephew has cerebral palsy too. I don't get to see him often but he is a very intelligent and beautiful little boy. Thanks for sharing this video.:hugs:
