problems with microgaming??

Anyone else having problem with microgaming today?? Gowild won't work and live rep says microgaming is working on fixing the problem, whatever the problem may be i have no idea sucks had a free chips and can't even use it.

I have lots of problems playing tournaments.
When I'm in the middle of a tournament, I thrown out a lot of times.
After that, I can not continue to play anymore.​

I think it has to do with some major updates, I noticed the login screen looks changed.
 
Yes, seems all the microgaming casinos are getting upgrades.
I hope the fix all bugs asap.

I don't like these upgrades at all!!! Especially when your in the slot game and the way the reels spin and stop, something just seems different to me. The way the casino loads sucks, not half as good as it was before either. If you didn't uninstall and reinstall then you may not know what i mean.
 
I agree totally, I don't like the new set-up at all. I couldn't sign into Rich Reels yesterday, tried a few times and then got locked out, had to go to live chat to get back in. The load times seem to be much slower, as well. I've always had trouble with the free tournies, especially if I'm doing really well - it's like they know or something!!! Really sucks!!! :sad:
 
gowild and 32red seem to be fixed. Ever since the upgrade completed i haven't hit a single thing not even a bonus round, gonna stay away from microgaming for a few days let everyone else lose their money then jump in and win it.
 
Most of the Micros are OK on my machine but I'm having a problem with some now that these upgrades are being done. When I log into Villento and go to Slots it just says Upgrades Unavailable on the right hand side instead of the info for the individual slot. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing is working. Any ideas would really be appreciated.

I just tried Villento and can´t even get the software started. Seems it will take any longer...
 
Boooo I get that all the time the thing to do is just close the casino and open it again. It may take a few tries but it will work properly. Usually takes me 3 or 4 times then everything goes fine again.
 
Hopefully everything is worked out now. I only have about 14 Micros but all that have the new software are working properly now. :thank you:

Yes I've been having a helluva time @ Intertops. I've been hung-up in the Bonus Round of The Great Galaxy Grab for 3 days now!!!!!! It's ridiculous. Every other game works fine, I was on such a roll, too.

It started with a $3.60 win in freeroll tourney. I hit a quick $20 on Ratpack, working my balance up to $543!!!! Then I hit the free spins on Great Galaxy. During free spins, I hit bonus rounds 1,2, & 3!!! Then it hung up for a day. The next day I was able to resume for only 5 minutes or so, then during bonus round 4, it got hung again!!! Been that way ever since!!

So now I've played out the other credits I had, but my game isnt finished in The Great Galaxy Grab!!!!
