    Maybe it is wrong area for this ,but i want to share my expierence with Purple lounge casino. I did deposit 1 month egow .Money was not in account right away,but i need to send my verification documents and after 2 hr everything was ok. Now it's all ready 24 hr and i still don,t have money in my account. Do You have same problems? Sorry about my english :)

    hello irbe57. From time to time these things do happen at the casinos. It is not from the casinos end, but from the payment processors end. What method of deposit did you use?

    I pay with my debit card and never before have problems . I even have email from them-
    Your payment to Purple Lounge Limited has been pre-authorised by PayPoint.net. The transaction will be billed to your card by the Merchant when your order has been processed.And money on my card is allready reserved .

    That is a problem with the processor. Email support at the casino and see what they say.
