Well played at RedBet Casino when mike I think it was said they expect to give away a lot of free spins

Possibly the good news is short lived... although its not to do with the casino payouts itself...

Redbet uses exactly the same software as MR greens, smartlivecasino and various others..

Now before depositing I knew at the others which uses the same software they took my birth certificate as valid ID (afterall its a government document which shows my name, DOB and address) so since they are in the EU I gathered it would be the same with them... (I have no driving licence or passport and there is no such thing as a government issued ID in the UK)

When they asked for ID I sent in birth certificate, front and back of cards... and today had an email saying they cant verify my account until I have sent in "valid ID"

I have emailed them back explaining it and told them to pass it onto management so hopefully they will deal with it..

Its a shame for people in my situation because birth certificates are accepted by many MG's, rivals, RTG's and boss casinos I have played at but theres always the odd 1 or 2 with the lack on initative until you get through to management.

Its worse than US people being banned from playing at certain casinos because at least they dont lose money, I could lose a fair bit at a casino, then win a tiny bit and upon cashing out be told my birth certificate cant be accepted so it takes weeks to sort the problem

Its all sorted but im still somewhat not pleased about it.

The casino games were good and I thoroughly enjoyed playing there, but the problem was that they refused me my withdrawl and it was only when I stated other casinos which use the same software as them accepted my birth certificate (and demanded the email to be passed to management) that they took my request seriously and understood...

Casinos should deal with your requests right away, not refuse until you get a manager involved

Good casinos, not as good support... quite possibly its prevented me depositing again in the future

yea I like to share things good and bad...

I have got my money from them but 1 thing I wasnt too happy with was they dont pay and conversion fees...

MR green for example... play in uk £'s... they pay you in euros and cover the full cost of currency conversion so you get exactly the right amount you won...

Redbet...nada... should of been around £75 paid... but they only paid £61...

the full process was a waste of time because after getting paid I deposited the full amount at "stanleys circus casino" (not rogue as such, run by real land based casino operators, but I had a massive problem with them in the past), and had more than 20 losing hands of BJ in a row... which swiped the whole balance... (it was exactly like I was fixed to lose, I had BJ, dealer had BJ, I had 21, dealer had BJ or 21, I had 17/18/19/20, dealer had 18/19/20/21)
