Resolved - problem with tourney

    I placed on a tournament at Royal Vegas Online, the freeroll- Grand Slam of Slots and placed 7th, won 50 credits and a ticket, but it didn't show up, my credits...here's a screen shot i toke.my Alias is paula-12. It ended about 6pm, about 40mintues ago.:sad:

    I decided to go to chat and here's what he said:Connecting to server...

    I sure hope my winnings will show up but if not i guess i'll have to send this to support or manager. I though that each tourney played and win, they show up right away, don't they? :sad:

    That is pretty strange, but maybe since it was such a large tourney, it needed some time to update. Highly unlikely to me that it would take so long,
    but great that you took a screenshot of it, that should help.

    Hope you eventually come out on the right side of it.

    It is great that you got a screenshot. I actually one in one of their blackjack tournamnets one time and had the same problem...only I didn't do the screenshot or write down the tournament id number..good for you. I got the same run around from support that I had never been in the tournament..It actually finally took Mike to get this straightened out for me and eventually they credited me the $25 I had one...Keep us updated on how you are making out with this please..I like to give them the benefit of the doubt although I am a bit soured because of my own difficulties with them...Keep us posted. :thank you:

    I would have no doubt that they pay all what is owed
    Fortune Lounge is a very good casino group.

    Of course all this tournaments is a very complicated system,
    and sometimes there can be bugs, or delays in updates on their side and many other aspects could cuz some mistakes.
    Its good you made a screenshot dear.

    Please for the future, do not post your private chat sessions without the chat operators permission.
