RESOLVED - Red Flush Casino - Double Player account Problem

    :sad: I have run into problem with Red Flush Casino.

    My grandson set up account on my laptop did not delete and me being a real dummy deposited and now account is locked and they will not help resolve problem in fack they became very rude I asked for copy of email they said would be sent that was thursday accounts (now both new and my old locked). I am just fustrated because its only around 70.00 total but I am disabled and online gambling is my entertainment. Does any one know what I should do. I was told by Justin that microgaming security not red flush locked my account. I need help please

    Evie I had a problem much like yours at another Microgaming Casino
    I emailed the Casino Manager and explained what had happened and I ask them to please delete the other account and if they would please unlock mine.I also sent scanned copies of my ID and utility bill. The Manager was very nice and fixed it all for me.
    Maybe you should email the Manager and they can forward it to microgaming security. I really hope this helps. Maybe Marina or Mike has a faster solution for you.

    eviejay you know what.
    Please post me these 2 user accounts or atleast one of them so we can check it.
    Let me also know which one got the money into it, so we close the other one.
    My manager will not be here on the sunday.
    But i will contact him for you early on monday.

    I am sorry to hear this Evi, as Mike already posted
    please let us know both account numbers and we will try to help.

    Just to clear one thing so noone gets confused.
    Your account has been locked, because it is NOT allowed to have more than one accounts on the same IP, PC,....

    Even if you would have deposited in the 1st account, both accounts would still have been locked, it has nothing to do with where you deposited, it is that you may not have more than one casino account.

    Eviejay, it is fine if you post and ask for help, this is what we are here for,
    but then please do also post if the issue has been resolved, so other people can also see the good things.
