Rival Casino withdrawal

    why do they take so long for the withdraws i made a request at vegas regal on jan 31 and still not in my quicktender i wrote them they said maybe early next week the rtgs seem to have it by next day and inetbet usually is the same day crazy oh well tanks for listening lol:thank you:

    We will try to ask why it takes so long,
    it is not the norm, Mike cashed also out at some other Rivals and had it within 72 hours in his Neteller.

    i made a withdrawal last sturday as well, flushed my account so that there was no 24-hr reverse withdrawal periodand it still took me until Thursday to get. It sucks that have you haven't received it yet, and they don't do things on the weekend so hopefully you get it monday.

    Vegas Regal is one of my favorite rival casinos, but i'm afraid if they don't soon work on cashouts, i am no longer gonna play they anymore. I expect that all of these casinos accept my money instantly, its about time alot of them catch up with today's marketplace, since there is already some casinos proving that almost instant withdrawals can be done.

    To me, anything after 48 hours(excluding weekends) is unacceptable to me. Its possible to do this and its about time casinos start implying these methods.

    well.
    i play at some playtech casinos somtimes and 5 days + weekends is normal lol to wait for a cashout.
    i can wait ....as long i get the cash what i won...

    I know it is not the norm that Rival Casinos taking that long for withdrawals,
    it might have all to with Mastercard stopped to allow any money transfers for online gambling.
    Some must find other ways to transfer funds to their merchant accounts.

    maybe, but i used Moneybookers because i cant transfer the money back to a mastercard, so i needed to deposit with a method i also could withdraw to, so therefore moneybookers, so i really dont understand way either

    Dear, there are many delays on payments cuz of the mastercard issue
    it does affect more than we think, I am awaiting a payment to neteller from an RTG and it is delayed too because they had to send funds to their neteller account using another method than they did before, all just cuz Mastercard does not allow online gambling transfers anymore.

    I sure hope you have your money soon.

    well then they should tell me so instead og telle me soon, very soon, earlie next week, and because its my first cashout... dont like casinoes telling stories insted of being honest from the start

    its okay.. you dont need to, im not counting on them any more, have written them off.. when it comes to me and casinoes, when something like this happen it usually meen i wont get them.. so no worries, it was from a freebie so havnt lost anything

    But no I will not let it, I have fired another e-mail,

    We all want to know what is going on,
    and if they are not able anymore to pay winners in 48 to 72 hours to Ewallets ,
    then we want to know about this.

    Presently, Vegas Regal pays within a 2-5 day time frame. Always got paid although in some instances they paid exactly 5 days of my initiating a withdrawal. Nevertheless, I understand that they are working towards paying 24 hours which is similar to slotocash.

    i have 2 rival casinos on my computer. I even dont download new ones.
    Because i stick with the 2 casinos who are my favorites.
    Tropica Casino i made there now a few deposits and i won alot and was paid even in 12 hours.

    Sloto Cash Casino is for me the best one.
    I can flush my cashout and they paid me one time in 1/2 hour.
    Also Sloto Cash paying also during the weekends.

    So i recommend these 2.

    talked to them today.. was told shortly.. asked if shortly ment minutes, hours, or weeks, and was told in this week, so shortly for them is about 3days.

    always set the live chat with them to talk to accounting, and i asked why it took so long, and he said, it might be that they have alot of pending cashouts, but it didnt seem like he knew anyting about it

    dont be sorry, not your fault, and now they have given thenself a few more days, and im not counting on the money, but ill keep contacting them every single day until they give me a straight answer...
