A lot of issues with Rival Casinos have been going on lately.

Many players finding themselves bonusbanned after they won, or claimed a few bonuses in a row at DIFFERENT Rival Casinos.

We also heard that it takes to long to get winnings paid.

High Variance Slots like Scary Rich have now a max. bet of ONLY $2 at most Rival Casinos.

There has been also reported that a player winning on a slot got disconnected, and when they logged back in the casino, that specific slot was removed. And more....

We need to stand up and help together that Rival finally start to change things.

Please let us know what you like or dislike at Rival Casinos,
post your experiences, good or bad.

I stopped playing at Rivals because of the slow payouts and no winnings. Maybe the second point is just bad luck, however, a player wants to win :smile: .

Also, I find the slots are boring.

I have played at SlotoCash - one of the better Rivals since they are NO whitelabel and have their inhouse support and own payments processing - But I also stopped playing there,
1st I still have an e-mail problem with them, I not get their e-mails or they not get mine, whatever... and the live chat is still not working for me, getting a page not found if I click it.
Then they lowered the bet size on some nice slots like Scary Rich and a few more, so no more "TO BIG" wins are possible and that was then the day when I stopped playing there totally. This action to lower the bet to a max. of $2 makes me think, oh wow, they cannot afford big winners!
Rival, when creating that slot, why not test it out 1st good and not come AFTER there was a really big winner and just lower the bets.

I did deposit sometimes at Rival Casinos,

2 things what i dont like
Getting fast bored of their games - There is not one game where I say wooow
They lowered down bet size on some of the slots to only $2.

Seems the casinos are afraid of big winners :hitme:

I did not play anymore at Rivals since months
I stick with RTG, Microgaming, and playtech

There are few good Rivals out there, Like Sloto.
But I just dont like the Software, and their games are not amazing at all.
Then what really bothers me, is that im afraid to claim free signup offers of them.
Cuz if you do, then you are a bonushunter and you get flagged.

I used to deposit at a Rival Casino, but never had any promotions available.
This in combination "just no luck" and never free bonus/spin round
I stopped playing.

I stick to my Microgaming games! Every slotgame is an adventure!

I just plain DO NOT like their software... never have. Always just used them for a last choice to deposit. Never really said anything because everyone has their favorite software.:spinnslot:

I know many who did deposit at Rival Casinos have stopped playing there.

Well I have had alot of problems. Either bonus is not available once I sign up or once I start to play it locks up my computer

I don't like Rival mainly because I never win, not even to get more playtime. I also get bored with their games. A lot of them seem like basically the same game with different pictures.:sad:

I would be interested to see a post from a member who favors Rival and their reason for doing so.

Here are my thoughts, well, you asked! :roflmao:
I have spent more than I care to admit playing Rivals. I have only made
one Cashout ever. Seems like when you deposit, slots tighten up. But,
when playing freebies, they are loose, but then you are capped to max
cashout amount. (Slotocash only one with no max, or had last I knew)
Rivals do accept USA- so I keep on "giving" away my money to them. I,
like Marina, have numerous issues at SlotoCash with no emails & I cannot
ever seem to connect to Live Chat, for about 5 or 6 mo's now. Grrrrrrrrr!
I'm a SlotoClub VIP<-- what a JOKE!! This WAS my favorite place in 2009.

I used to LOVE all the Rivals and I did win and cash out a few times. I also quit playing when they quit paying! By that I mean I would deposit say $25 with a 100% bonus and spend it ALL in less then a hour and if I got to a bonus round with a .40 bet I was lucky to get $2! And if I bet $1 or $2 on a slot the money was gone before I put my cigarette out! That's on .01 bets if I tried to play .05 or more....pfft!

Wow if you get me started I may never stop!!! Anyway just had a big deal over $1000 I won off of a $100 bonus that Lion Slots gave me. I had played there allot last year (2009) and probably deposited around $2000 and finally won $1000 and sent it home after sending in the documents to them. No problem with that one.

Then on the 9th of this month they send me an email from out of the blue for $100 free at Lion Slots and $100 free for Irish Luck.
The playthough was only $1500 with a max cashout of $1000. I thought that was fantastic.
Anyway I didn't win on Irish Luck but ended up meeting the playthrough at Lions Slots and got it up to $2700 and sent the $1000 to my Quicktender account.
After a couple of days with the money still sitting in the cashier, I spoke to Susan on live chat who told me that I would need to send in just the faxback form,
signing each deposit that I made with the two separate credit cards I used back in July - Sept. of 2009.
I asked her if that was all I needed to send and she said yes that was all. She said I should have received the email from accounting asking for it but I told her that for some reason I never receive the emails from their accounting dept but only from support.

She pasted the faxback form into the Chat, so I faxed it back in and another day goes by and the money is still in the cashier.
So I get back on Chat and spoke with Liz who tells me that I will need to send copies of the cards that I used back then.
I tell her that I didn't have one of the cards anymore. I paid if off and cut it up and she says that she would need a statement verifying this.
I am so mad at this point. I tell her that Susan said that all I needed to send in was the faxback form and she said "Susan was mistaken when she said that".
So I got mad and faxed them copies of the credit card I still had, utility bill, driver's license and the faxback form (again). I also emailed them and told them about the credit card problem.....

I heard nothing back. Mind you....it says on their website 2 to 5 days to process a withdrawal. Finally on the 13th I get an email stating that security had accepted my documents.
So I wait a few days and still nothing in my QT account and it still states "Processing" in the cashier. I get on live chat and they tell me that they can't see what's going on in Accounting...WHAT???
and to give it a till the end of the week. I remind them that it says 2 to 5 days to process a withdrawal and they said that's still true.
At this point it had been 5 days and on Monday the 20th I get back on live chat and they say it will be the end of this week or early next week.
I send an email to support saying how upset I am and when am I going to get my money. Well it finally showed up today in my QT account but it took 14 days which is totally unacceptable.

Plus they say that everytime you make a withdrawal you will have to send in the faxback form and copies of the credit card(s) you used. This is so much bull. Just another way of stalling paying out the wins.
Last year I also played at several other Rival Casino's. I loved Ruby Royal and I put allot of money into it.
Last Christmas I receive a package via FedEx and it is from Ruby Royal. Two really nice bottles of wine.
I was shocked but I felt really special until a couple of weeks later when I got into my account and it said NO PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE.

I had been cut off from any bonuses because they said I had more than one account....I couldn't believe it. Then one by one the other Rival started doing the same thing.
I stopped playing in any of them but Vegas Regal which I still play in once in a while. They offer nice bonuses and I have never had any problems with them.
Anyway the last couple of weeks have been frustating to say the least. They really need to get their stuff together or get out of the business. I tried to warn you not to get me started!!!:hitme:

To wait 14 days for a cashout is unacceptable! And to send in faxback every time you cahout is bull too, this is in my opinion just to annoy players, hoping they then not cashout.

Yeah, and interesting that you then got bonusbanned at Rivals after you cashed out on a free bonus at one of them.

Rival you finally need to get your act together!

:sad:there pay outs take for ever and i went through the same thing with having to send all docs in again at superior after i had already sent them in ages ago and i don't use a different card it's the same i always use or i use quick tender.they seem to be supper tight anymore i sometimes can get the play through with a free chip but when i deposit i get nothing really don't play at them anymore because it takes to long to get a paid

Thanks Vicky and Marina for the support. I love the Rival games and they are one type of gaming here in the US that you can win pretty big on, since Microgaming banned us from the Progressives, so I really would like to play them more but with all the hoops that you have to jump through to get any withdrawal...it's just not worth it. I hope this feedback makes them realize that they have really screwed up and need to fix it to get their customer's back.

Hello,I just got Vegas Regal's Friday night party chip ($50) ,Please don't get me wrong I appreciate all the freebies from the Rivals,however its the same old story...$50...25 cents a spin...gone in 5 min.

Hi Benco, I got the same thing $50 and an extra $7 and out of all that I got the bonus one time on a $.15 bet. I used to be able to make the playthrough and send home about every other time I got the free bonuses but now I can't seem to get anything. Like you, I appreciate the free bonuses that they give but not ever being able to do a withdrawal is really bad. It has tightened up so much. Very frustrating, that's for sure!!!
