Hi everyone,
Check this out, when i started playing at Sloto Cash Casino, I received an invitation to join their sloto Vip club. So I did, and in the invitation it stated that if i joined, that I would receive extra sloto tickets, as 1 incentive for joining.

And prior to me joining, i would receive random sloto tickets left and right. Well i have since join their vip club, and have not received a single extra sloto ticket. Unless I make deposits. And then I have to ask for it.
And I went to talk to live chat and this what they had to say.



It just doesn't make sense to me, why they are going to give me nothing but a big story to get me to sign up for their vip club.

To be honest, I dont understand your complaint,
the chat representative told you not only once that you are not eglibile at this time and that such sloto ticket are given random.
And he also told that you got a no deposit bonus after your last deposit.

Then you just say because you now as a sloto club member did not yet get sloto tickets you will never play there again,
well this is your decision, but I think you miss out on a very good and honest casino.

Sloto Cash is one of the best Rival Casinos out there
I also play there and got a few times a ND bonus after my deposits.
I had no max. cashout on these ND bonuses, while many many other rivals do have this.

Sorry if i originally posted in the wrong place. I didn't know that they was a place for complaints.

My complaint is that prior to me becoming a vip, I would always receive the random sloto tickets. And now that I did become a sloto vip i don't receive any.
Also in the invitation email that i received it said that i would receive extra sloto tickets. But I have yet to receive any additional sloto tickets.

And yes i to receive the bonuses with no max cash out.

I guess my complaint is the fact that i was told that i would receive extra sloto tickets and I have not received any of them since becoming a vip like the email said.

Do you check your account from time to time too?
As I dont receive e-mails from the lately
but then if I look in my account there are nice match bonuses to claim.
And many times then a freebie after I deposited.

Oh, btw when I had my bday, I did not deposit there longer time
but still there was a little free bonus in my account.

I do check from time to time and there is nothing there. I don't remember if I received anything for my birthday or not, that was back in November. I can't remember what happened last week..............lol

So maybe if you received more in bonus money than you deposited its over with free money for some time.

Timmsa..from my experience with Slotocash, the more I deposit the better my freebies I get from them and that goes for the same with all the wonderful promotions they have. If I don't deposit much, they don't give out much. This casino is #1 in my book!

I am real big fan off slots. your suggestion proves to be good medicine, I think if we deposit more with free money then we could be having better chances.
