    i made a deposit at slot power today and i was greatly dissapontied the games spun around and kept getting error casino not responding by the time it started working i was broke and i had no problem with other casinos today so i have to think it was them wrote a email see if they respond not as good costermer support as other rivals at least in my mind :sad:

    Aww mmek4kids i understand your frustration.
    Its not cool when you dont have a very relaxing play.

    Sometimes software can have such errors.
    Most of the times it comes from a bad connection and the casino can
    not do anything about that.

    I also have that at RTG casinos, sometimes it helps to restart your computer.
    But that wont work always.

    Keep us updated when you receive a response from them.

    I haven't used slot power myself personally, but i have herd great things about them.
    a very good friend of mine was having issues with their software not working. (the problem was because of their firewall blocking it) They said the cs was very helpful and even gave them $5 free for their trouble. (and it wasn't even slotpower fault) Keep us updated what they do in your case :)

    I have made several deposits with SlotPower, and a couple withdrawals. They are a good casino, my only complaint with them is the fact that they take longer than the other Rival casinos when it comes to paying a cashout(4-5 business days). Other than that, their customer support has always been helpful and polite. I hope that it all works out for you. Best of Luck!

    :thank you:i got a quick reply from them they said it was on my end not theirs very nice about it if it happens again i am suppose to shut down and contact them right away
