Did you read what I have posted above?
That we are NOT supposed to send in accounts.
You did not even ask if we can check out for you,
you just posed your ID and thats it, no "thank you" or a "please could you",
however I will be so nice to ask for you.

chuchu59, you are not bonus eligible, so you cannot
receive one.


I have posted a few times, that it might be players are not eligibile anymore for bonuses from Rivals, there can be a few reasons why this happens.
There is nothing I can do for you, sorry
 
I downloaded this casino and later received an email stating that the ND deposit had been placed in my account. I logged in to find absolutely nothing. Even the deposit bonus offers were gone. I emailed support but it bounced. Such a mess.

Hi Marina,

Sorry I missed this post completely. Actually, I am not bonus-ineligible at Rival having deposited 200+ times at various Rivals over the year. Vegas Regal and Tradition in particular shower me with a host of bonuses. Furthermore, I dont mind them not giving me any ND bonus but when you receive an email like the one sent to me you expect something. Of course since the manager is John Wright he must have personally rendered me bonus-ineligible despite the system not labelling me as such. I deposited at Rockbet and never made a withdrawal. The fact is he is not happy with my comments made on him and his casinos over at another forum.

Dont worry too much about it. I just want players to get informed as to what could be in store for them.
