As many of the USA players are aware, in 2006 UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act)
was enacted and started the downfall for the USA player to gamble online. Since the
creation of the UIGEA, Representative Barney Frank of Massachusetts
has been trying to get his bill known as The Internet Gambling Regulation,
Consumer Protection, and Enforcement Act also known as HR 2267 to pass.
He has some great support behind him, but everytime, some other major issue in the USA
takes precedent. This go around, it's been well received!

Coming in the next few months, this bill will be brought forth for further study
and a possible vote.

Let's hope the Universal Health Care reform does not overshadow this.

It's time this gets settled and a resolution is in favor of all
of us online players.

Here is a list of the representatives.

wouldn't have been great if somehow Barney Frank coulda slipped in an earmark on the health care bill the same way the fu**ers did to begin with? that woulda been great, a must sign bill and coulda gave us all full rights to (imagine this) to spend our money the way we choose? wow did i say that? :hitme:

It would be really awsome if USA could finally find a way to regulate online gambling.
