I know that I started this thread but I was just wondering if you received your free spins? I posted this before I checked my account:hitme: and they are not there. Support said for me to reply to the email I received so they could see it. I don't know what is going on, lol.:sad: I replied to the email, now waiting to see what happens.

I got the email as well and my free spins were not there either. They told me the exact same thing to reply to the email but they did not know how long it would take. Wonder if anyone got them?

Hi Guys..:kiss: I received this e-mail too. I spoke to live chat about it and was told I wasn't eligible for it but that there were 50 free spins already waiting on the game "BIG BREAK". Well, my account # starts with an f so that means to log into their flash casino, Right? Well if some one could please log into their account through the flash casino and tell me what page the game BIG BREAK is located? I really don't know why I was treated harshly, but he wasn't even willing to check on the game or tell me what page it was on...Anyway I AM a very patient person and am always gracious for any freebie I receive. Just my opinion..but no support should talk to someone that way. Busy or not, thats no excuse. I do know that this is a good group of casinos, but geez..Support get a clue!
 
dont know about the free spins since i didnt get the email... but as for the chat, then i do think that the operater did handle it somewhat fair, since most chatoperaters like everyone else think big letters as yelling, normally they ask politly to turn caps of though.

so next time do just that....

but maybe im just very patient... if i was told to wait and be patient, then i normally wait a few hours to se if the problem fixes it self, and if not try again... im only talking in big words if they promise it will be there in some sort of timeframe and they are not in by the time they say.
