    hello

    i have claim the 10 wake up bonus make the rollover and got around 200 credits

    have contact support to provide with my documents to can withdraw faster but they say no deposit then we will ask
    so okay i have log in again try to deposit but it give me timeout error then i have try several times but same error then i have contact support that i have problem to deposit i have give my username/email and till i waiting i have try to log off and then to log in again and to try to deposit but it says your account has been locked contact customer support ,then i have told this to the support it name was Ray it he say
    It seems the security system has flagged your account. However because I am unable to see the exact cause of this, I will have to send a message to the security department to have them look into this. Once they have reviewed your account, you will be notified through e-mail.

    i have forgot to say that yesterday when i have try to deposit there was no problem but i was not have enough funds to make the deposit

    there might be a problem in the rival system
    since I found one of my rival casino accounts locked today too, for no reason.
    Even am a depositor there, It is re-opened now again.
