the only place i have an account is casinous. i have the myslot game but no sign of a calendar. i have been watching for it for a couple of days now and it has never shown up. ten spins is not really worth putting too much more effort into. good luck to all that have it. :merrychristmas:

I contacted support at Maple casino and they said the calendar would only come up if you have made $200 or more in deposits

wow odysessyryan. I'm really surprised you've had that kind of treatment.

I've been playing with this group for years. Never had a problem with them.
Maybe I've been fortunate to talk with support that knows what's been going
on. We'll surely make sure they see this thread. As far as the current promotion
goes, I can tell you that the calendar takes a bit to load.

When you first log on exited out of the message of the day. then this a small message will "slide" over to click on the calendar. Once you exit out of the message, the calendar pops up in a few seconds. Make sure your popup blocker is off.

Nope...I don´t feel like the casinos have to give us any freebies. I love if they do so, but it is up to the casinos decision. I do not even try to understand how they do promote, whom they give and whom not.

Now, if it comes to match bonuses..these are clearly offered deals and both, the player AND the casinos have to follow the rules stated.

I can follow you with the CS...it would be really a great thing to deal with better trained people, but I would not attach this to one casino group...unfortunatly most of them have uneffective CS.

I believe their biggest mistake is
that the system is sending out such e-mails to every player
even they not eglible,

I do like to play at this group a lot,
they always paid my winnings fast and hasslefree, I always get the cashback bonus on my deposits and from time to time they send me a nice match offer.

I never had problems with the live chat, but also have to say, I not much contacting them,
Sure a good trained support team would be more than needed at a few casinos, lol
