did you contact the casino? Did they give you any suggestions on what you can do to try and fix it? I downloaded richreels to see if i would have the same problem but everything seemed to work well. Was everything working fine before the update started? Did you try uninstalling and then restarting your computer before trying to reinstall again?
Like I said before i had the same problem when i reinstalled after the update was completed and i just kept opening and closing the casino until it worked. Any chance of giving a screen shot of whats occuring? maybe that will help us help you.
