Warning about free bonuses at City Club

    If you get an email from City club casino about a free bonus along with a huge deposit bonus, then bear in mind that if you only have played there with your first deposit bonus or didn't play there for a long long time, don't bother claiming the bonus, they want you to deposit to get your "free" bonus :sad:

    I never win there have made the first deposit not long ago, i like their slots, and if it said i had to deposit before getting the gift i wouldn't mind, but when the email state free bonus ALONG with a huge deposit bonus, then i expect its Free

    Aww, sorry for this disappointment dear,
    I know about such e-mails also from many other online casinos, and you always have to read beetween the lines too.

    So far, I could say nothing bad about City Club Casino,
    I am also a player there, did not cashout yet, but really love the playtech games and always have a good play time.

    yes i know, i love the games too they are fun...

    But a free gift, along with a huge deposit bonus, that in my mind dont say you get a free gift if you deposit

    This is the baddest casino I ever played. I want to say to all the players and future players,read the terms about bonuses very good! not allowed games for winning withdrawal are all the progessive games,also the marvel games! I have deposit last week for the fifth time and get a 100% bonus,I go playing and won a lot on the game Blade,about 1600 euro,I go play further for the 30 times wagering on bonus to play away, then I have withdraw 1500 euro. yesterday I got a email where stays:This mail is to notify you about the status of your pending withdrawal request,
    code ......., for the total amount of €1,500.00.

    Please note that you did not comply with one or more of our terms and conditions , therefore your winnings will be voided.!
    so I logged in in cityclub casino and see in my transactions,the 1500 euro is gone!!,the online support says ,is going back to the casino,!, because I have winning on not allowed games! They stole my winning money! you can,t win there,and If you win,you don,t get your money! This casino,also crown europe,that is the same,are very wrong!,online support not friendly,he also said,If you want to win with also the bonus,play the ,normal ,games. if you play the progessive games,don,t take a bonus! so Warning for all the players,don,t play at this casino! your withdrawal will be taken to the casino. I go look what I can do more for this,criminal,casino. maybe someone can help me. greetz ,a dutch player

    Very sorry for your bad experience Marcel

    Thing is, if they do state in their terms everything what you may not play with a bonus
    you cannot call them a criminal casino.
    It is still our responsibility as a player to read and understand the terms if we play with a bonus.

    There are more online casinos excluding games if you play with a bonus,
    Specially with progressives and table games you need to be careful and really read all terms before you start playing

    HI Marina, I have read the terms and transactions of course before I make a deposit! If you read that in city club casino,it stays not allowed games are,card games,poker games,progressive games,but when you click on progressive games ,you see the list with progressive games but NOT the Marvel games,like Blade etc. I never play the progressive games,only the Marvel games,and normal slotgames.

    The thing about the Marvel Games is that all Marvel games have their own seperate mini progressive jackpots. Like all of the Marvel games are linked to one progressive. Maybe thats why you had the problems?

    I may be wrong, maybe someone will confirm this for sure.

    Hi @all!

    I play a long time at City Club Casino, and must say the saime like Marina.... i got NO PROBLEMS till today, they have cool Games, fast Support and the Software works fine.

    But with the Bonusmails is true....... they tell you in the mail "you got 100% Bonus today" and when you deposit......you got only 25% or 30%

    I make it so........ I DONT READ ANY MAIL, AND DELETE ALL CITY CLUB MAILS. :eek:hyesss:
    Than i login and contact Live Support! Tell them what i want to deposit, and ask what Bonus i receive for this. Its they best way.....

    The Payout is not the fastest, last week Thursday i won 1300,-€ on Marvel Games, and a lot other Slots. They need 4-7 days for withdraw. I think that my win is not before wednesday or Thursday in my Moneybookers Account..

    And till today i didnt have problems with any withdraw from CITY CLUB!!!

    My personaly result: 8 from 10 Points!!!

    As for the long waiting period on cashouts,
    I think it has to do with Playtech, we play also at some other Playtech powered casinos, and they also need at least 4 working days to process.

    Sure hope they all finally could do something to speed that up.
    Microgaming Casinos need mostly only 48 hours, and there are even some which are faster than that.

    P.S.: I find your english is not so bad at all MagicJoe :smile:

    The last month my 3 (from a lot ) favorit Casinos are GoWild,,Everest Casino, and City Club,,
    the quickest is Everest, the bonuses are a joke, but sometimes the payout is under 24 hours. Microgaming need only 1-2 Days. Playtech is the slowest!

    not realy.........school is a long time ago!!! but i think it´s not so hard to understand what i want to say..

    Hey Joe, before 1 june 2010,you can,t play the Marvel games for withdraw ,they say to me from city club, so they have delete my winning money ,1500 euro!,that I won in may.
    and now I see they have changed the rules at 1 june 2010,in terms and promotions. very strange.

    good for you that you win,but for me this casino get 0 points

    Hi Mike, sorry for the long wait,I was on vacation. ,in order,the manager have give me 50 euro for the problems I have.thats it. and he also said that from 1 june 2010,the rules are changed so you can then play on Marvel games for withdraw.and for me,he said,when I deposit again I can play all the games for withdraw including progressive games. haha.
    but my 1500 euro I won in May they have delete that. so the 50 euro I get that is nothing. of course I never deposit there again. I also read in casinomeister that more people have the same problems like me,in cityclub casino. that they have delete the withdraw money.
