Are you sure you're doing it correctly?

You hit the print screen button then paste it into paint (in your accessories), then save it to photobucket or some other program to post.

thanks I don't know what was that they did not explain but they find out that was something wrong logs on game was showing nothing because i lost connection with casino server but they dig dipper and find my winning and got payed finally.
