yikes! kotsy caught a baby mouse

k, dealing with flooding issues here the last week.

so tonight I go down cellar to check and there is a
baby mouse in the middle of the floor squeaking.

I capture him to put him outside and he keeps following
me back to the house. omg!!! what am I his adoptive mom?

so, damn kotsy makes a nest in the leaves for the poor thing.

been checking him since....

I hate mice in the house, but he is the cutest thing ever!!

If I make him into a pet, someone better shoot me before
the hubby does.

A couple years back we had a mouse that got into the house and it was the friendliest thing. It would follow us where ever we would go. One day I was playing a video game and it sat right near me for along time. I just left it go and roam the house. Then one day I couldn't find it until I pulled the fridge out a couple months later and there it was dead as a door nail. It really bummed me out because it was the cutest thing.
