It certainly can be but I think you have to know your limits. If you know you have a problem with gambling then you probably should not be visiting forums and sites like this one. The temptation is too high for you! Gambling can be destructive just like anything can be when you put too much into it.

heck no I have never done any trail riding- I just got finished walking on a treadmill for the first time in years so you know I have not been out doing any biking lately. When I do finally decide to get on a bike again it will probably be of the stationary variety! :-)
