LOL! It was in mine earlier and I had to wait an hour because I claimed free money at a Rival already this morning. Now when the hour is up it says new promotions coming soon and the Free $15.00 offer is gone.

Maybe ask livechat. They are always very helpfull.
They will probleby tell you wats going on. Maybe just a software glitch.

this happens at many of the rival casinos if the sytems finds a player is only claiming bonuses.
I think if you claim to many without making a deposit in beetween you will banned from promos. NOT all the rival casinos do use this automatic system from Rival.

It was a glitch I think. I uninstalled and reinstalled the casino and the $15.00 Free was there again and I was able to claim it.

I am actually getting ready to make my first deposit, I've got to send them a copy of my card i'm using , I actually made the playthru from the first free money and I've already sent in everything except for my new one , I'm going to deposit $25.00 because that is what is in their terms and then I can make a withdrawl for the $150.00 I won and my deposit but I would rather leave the $25.00 and will have a talk with live chat to see if I can still play while waiting for my winnings....I can't wait I've never won off free money ....and I'm wondering how long it will take to get it, I'll keep ya posted. thanks debralee1967:apple:

I am just now getting ready to deposit the $25.00, I made sure they got a copy of the prepaid card Im using and I got an email stating they did so I'm going to do my first deposit, going to ask live chat if I can deposit then do my withdrawl and see if I can play while waiting for my winnings, I would like to play again instead of withdrawling the mandatory deposit for your first winnings so we'll see what they say and I'll keep everyone informed of the withdrawl process, keep your fingers crossed hopefully they will be a decent, honest and reilable casino...thanks everyone debralee1967:apple:

Thanks everyone, I've got my fingers crossed too, I've never won anything on a free chip so even though its only $150.00 I'm not greedy, I'm greatful!!! Wanted to let everyone know yesterday they sent me an email they got all my docs
