Thats Awesome My Friend, I Can Remember The 1st Time I Started Playing Poker, And I Too, Acted Like I Had Just Won The Lottery Winning Any Of My 1st Few Tournaments! lol
Quick Story{at Least I'll Try lol}
I Was Playing A $50 Freeroll On Carbon Poker Last Year, And I Made The Final Table Out Of 1500 Players. I Was Sitting In Good Position, And I Ended Up Playing Heads Up For 1st Place! I Was Doing Pretty Good, But Took A Few Bad Beats, And Ended Up Finishing 2nd Place. But When I Got Beat, I Jumped Up And Was Like NO WAY!!!!! lol
And My Wife Was Like "WHAT??"WHAT?" I Said Damn, I Just Got 2nd Place, She Said Well Thats Good, I Said, No, I Really Wanted 1st!!! She Said Well How Much Did You Win?
I Said $10 , She Said What? Well, How Much Was 1st Place? I Said $15.
She Said, You Just Acted Like A Fool In The Living Room For $15?
I Said Yeah, But It Wasn't Just The Money, I Wanted That Little Ribbon Akolade That The Put Beside Your Name For Winning 1st Place!
Thats Why I Was Soo Mad! lol
So It Isn't The Prize That Counts, It The Passion For Being Competitive And Winning That Makes A Great Poker Player!
{hope it wasn't too long but your story just reminded me of this lol}
