what's up with this promotion? downloaded casino registered a real money player account sent e-mail to help support they sent me e-mail back saying that my account has been credited the 300 free spins so i go back to casino open it up but no free spins have talked to support 3 times about this they say it can take a littlw while for it to register have been waiting now for 5 hours still no free spins even after support has sent me confirmation e-mail stating the free spins have been credited lol LOST AND CONFUSED but that not unusual for me lol

a friend of mine signed up 3 days ago, and still no free spins, giving the run around, spoke to live chat 4times,

1. takes 24 hours.
2. chat guy closed chat
3. was told 1 hour
4. says 3+ days

i got my free spins on time, but i do understand that my friend is not very happy. one thing is that its taking a little longer, but when you are told they are credited and suddenly they dont know when, thats something the support guys should work on, not telling so many different things.
