As the username implies I am typically not up for much in the way of exercise but I got a bad review from the old doctor last week so I finally decided it was time to get started on a healthier lifestyle- so what better day to start than a Monday? just got finished walking almost 2 miles on the treadmill- that thing has not been used in years! I will keep you posted as to how I feel as the program progresses. Wish me luck!
