It's been like that for me Aswell.. nothkng is even gifted or anything.. been at platinum status and not once I have Recieved anything.. the more you deposit the more you lose out I'd say

Trie 25years birthday, I get 40 eur and 100% offer,40 lost about 10 min,deposited 50 with the 100% lost all after 30 min.So that was again fail. Good luck

I was on a 3 year losing streak before my one and only half decent win of a couple grand.. now back to losing it all. The 200x wagering requirements for vip points is ridiculously tough to beat. This is the only casino brand I've ever seen with such a brutally high number. They definitely aren't my #1 choice anymore.

What bonuses? I get a pop up for the bonus tasks.. I get my lucky day & vip bonuses cos I've played there for years and spent more money than I like to think about... and the vip mail out promos are slow getting to me, so I kill time trying to guess the words at the end of the url needed to redeem the promo.

Ps. So far, redeem mail is not working for my area yet.. but they may have removed that word combo in chat, but only time will tell. I still only get asked about the exclusive rewards or vip card when I change the wording.. and sometimes rewards riches or redeeming vip points.

However, the secret word combo needed for this promo is pretty easy and super obvious. It also works in canada now.
